Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Expansion Path Academy, we strive to offer the best educational services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.
1. Course Cancellation by Student
- Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases, a partial refund may be considered if a request is made within 7 days of enrollment and the student has not accessed more than 10% of course content or attended more than 2 classes.
2. Course Cancellation by EPA
If EPA cancels any batch due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated within 7 business days.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please write to us at contact@epaedu.in with your name, contact details, course enrolled, and reason for cancellation.
4. Refund Timeline
If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
5. No Refund for:
- Missed classes or non-attendance
- Technical issues on student's side
- Change of mind after accessing course materials
