No. IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak conduct separate entrance exams, both technically confused under the acronym "IPMAT". You must register and write both exams separately if you wish to target both institutes. IIM Ranchi, however, accepts Indore's IPMAT score.

IIM Rohtak explicitly allows students from non-math backgrounds to apply. IIM Indore also technically allows all streams to apply, but the Quantitative section of Indore's IPMAT is heavily skewed towards Higher Mathematics, making it extremely difficult for non-math students to clear the sectional cut-off without dedicated coaching.

IPMAT Indore consists of three sections: Quantitative Ability (Multiple Choice), Quantitative Ability (Short Answer), and Verbal Ability. The Short Answer section does NOT have negative marking. IPMAT Rohtak consists of Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability (all MCQs).

Yes, for both Indore and Rohtak, every incorrect MCQ deducts 1 mark (while every correct answer awards 4 marks). As mentioned above, the Short Answer section for Indore does not carry negative marking.
