1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Expansion Path Academy website (epaedu.in) and enrolling in any of our coaching programs (CUET, IPMAT, CLAT, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment

Admission to any course is at the sole discretion of Expansion Path Academy. Students must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process. Course access is granted only after the receipt of the prescribed fee.

3. Fees and Payments

• Payment Mode: Fees can be paid online via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay) or offline as applicable.
• Instalments: If a course allows instalment payments, students must adhere to the specified deadlines. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of access to the student dashboard and classes.
• Refund Policy: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances if raised within 7 days of enrollment, subject to a processing fee deduction.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Expansion Path Academy, including but not limited to study materials, mock test papers, class recordings, and proprietary teaching methodologies, is the intellectual property of EPA. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Distribution or reproduction of this material is strictly prohibited.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect during live classes and in the academy premises. Any form of harassment, disruption, or academic dishonesty (e.g., sharing login credentials) will lead to immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

6. Online Access & Dashboards

We strive to ensure 24/7 access to our online student dashboards. However, EPA is not liable for temporary downtime due to technical maintenance or third-party server issues. Login credentials must be kept confidential by the student.

7. Limitation of Liability

Expansion Path Academy provides coaching to help students excel in entrance exams. However, we do not guarantee admission to any university or college. The academy shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

9. Modifications

Expansion Path Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be updated on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
